What STATE works on

STATE is a studio, not a solo designer, and the archive on statedesign.tv makes that obvious the moment you scroll it. There are around a hundred projects listed, grouped by client, and the client list runs from broadcasters to banks to sneaker brands. Main titles are only one slice of it. A lot of the work is campaign film and brand systems, the sort of thing that never gets a title card. Inside the gallery

The two A&E Biography pieces, Chris Rock and the 1000 Words Tupac spot, are the ones that first put STATE on the styleframe circuit. Understated is the studio's own manifesto film. On the television side there's FX Baskets Season 3, FX Welcome to Wrexham S02, Star Trek Strange New Worlds, and two Netflix jobs, the Muscles & Mayhem main titles and American Gladiators. The brand work pulls in a different direction.

Beats by Dre shows up twice, with The Story of Solo Pro and the LeBron King Approved film. Betterment Cash Reserve is finance, Apple New Games We Love is storefront work, Riot Valorant Masters Madrid is esports, and Slack Keynote is conference graphics. Google Play Games and the Graphika Manila conference opener round out the set. That spread is the whole point of the studio, and honestly it makes their reel harder to pin down than most.
