Titles in the gallery below include HUAWEI MATEBOOK FOLD ULTIMATE DESIGN, CATL X HUAWEI PROMO FILM, ANKER SOLIX X1 CAMPAIGN 2024, HUAWEI NOVA 12 FILM, among others, each opening on the original artist source rather than rehosted media.
For the complete picture, Dong keeps work at behance.net, and we treat those as the canonical record rather than duplicating them here. There's a reason we anchor Dong to South Korea and to specific works instead of vague trend labels: the specifics are the part worth keeping.

Who he is and what he does
Lee is the founder and creative director of Master Pictures in Seoul. His profile lists him as a Director, and his career splits cleanly in two: an earlier Los Angeles period doing film titles and broadcast packages, then a return to Korea building a studio focused on product design films for Asian hardware brands.
He's picked up Emmy nominations along the way, and the FIFA World Cup 2010 package for ESPN is among the credits that earned that recognition.
Product films for hardware brands
If you scroll his current gallery, one client dominates. Huawei appears again and again: the MateBook Fold, the MateBook 16, the Nova 12, the M-Pencil, the GT3 Pro watch in both titanium and ceramic finishes, the Porsche Design Mate 50 RS, and the P50 Pocket premium edition made with fashion designer Iris van Herpen. Add the CATL collaboration film and Anker's Solix X1 2024 campaign and the pattern is obvious.
These aren't commercials in the traditional sense. They're design story films, built to explain why a product looks the way it does, which is a genre Korean and Chinese hardware companies have pushed further than anyone in the West. Lee's earlier Samsung Curve TV and Huawei Mate 8 pieces below use the same format.
Titles, UI and broadcast
The older tier is Hollywood. Main title sequences for Dragonball Evolution, Jack The Giant Slayer and 300 Rise of an Empire, cube interface design for Prometheus, and moving logo animations for CBS Films and Silver Pictures, several of them produced at Prologue Films. The Future of Alienoid UI Design continues that thread more recently.
Broadcast work covers two ESPN packages, the 2010 World Cup and the 2011 Women's World Cup, plus the Audi TT and TTS promo shown at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
